The short version
Apka Order Numainda ("we", "us") runs the WhatsApp desk for online shops and cash-on-delivery merchants across Pakistan. If you ticked the box while checking out of a shop we work with, that shop hands us your name, your WhatsApp number and your order details, and we write to you about that order — verifying it, telling you when it ships, and answering whatever you ask. That is the whole of it. Nothing is sold on, and nothing is turned into advertising aimed at you. This page states precisely what we hold, why we may hold it, who else sees it, how long it stays, and how one word ends it. We work from Shop # C 21, Lakhani Pride Gulistan-e-Johar, Inside Lakhani Shopping Mall Building, Block 13 Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi 75290. For anything at all, write to info@apkaordernumainda.xyz or call +92 371 1099396.
Who decides, and who only carries it
Two parties touch your details and the distinction is worth knowing. The shop you bought from is the controller: it decided to collect your information, it put the tick box on its checkout, and the customer relationship is theirs. Apka Order Numainda is the processor: we follow that shop's instructions to send its messages and reply on its behalf, and we do nothing else with what we hold. We do not choose to market to you, we do not pass your details to other merchants, and we sell data to nobody. Separately, for anyone visiting this site or writing to us directly, we are the controller of that limited exchange. A simple test: questions about the order itself go to the shop, questions about how the messaging was handled come to us.
What we keep
As little as the work allows. From the shop's checkout we receive your name exactly as typed, your WhatsApp or mobile number, and order details — the order number, a summary of items, the value, the cash-on-delivery figure and the delivery city. From the WhatsApp thread we retain whether each message was delivered and read, whatever you send back — normally a confirmation, a question, or the word STOP — and the times those happened. We hold a permission record showing that you ticked the box, for which shop, and when. From this website we log routine technical detail such as IP address, browser type and basic page statistics. We never collect CNIC or passport numbers, passwords, card numbers or any payment-card data, and we build no advertising profiles.
Why we are allowed to write to you
Because you asked for it yourself. On the shop's checkout an unticked box names the shop, states that help and order news will arrive through WhatsApp, and makes clear these concern your purchase rather than promotions. You tick it with your own hand. Nothing is pre-ticked, no permission hides inside terms and conditions, and ordering is never treated as implying consent. Beside that permission we rely on our legitimate interest in holding the minimum record that proves it existed and keeps the service from being misused, and on legal obligation where a law requires us to keep or produce something. Since every message attaches to a real order or a real question, no marketing campaigns, cold outreach or bulk sends pass through this service at all.
What Meta's role is
The messages travel across the official WhatsApp Business Platform, which Meta Platforms runs. To deliver anything, Meta must handle your number and the message content, and its own terms and privacy policy cover that leg of the journey. Templates go to Meta for review before we may use them. Apka Order Numainda is an independent company: no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement from WhatsApp, Meta or Facebook, and their names and marks remain theirs. We have no access to your WhatsApp account, your contacts, your profile photo, or any conversation you hold with anyone but us.
Who else sees it
A short list, and only where the job demands it. The merchant you ordered from sees your replies and the state of your order, since the customer conversation is theirs. Meta handles the message so it can be delivered. Our infrastructure providers host the systems the service runs on. Where a shop uses a courier or an order-management platform, delivery status may move between that system and ours so the update reaching you is correct. Everyone on that list is bound to use the data purely to provide their service to us. Beyond that we disclose nothing unless a valid legal demand from a competent authority requires it, or disclosure is needed to investigate fraud or misuse of the service.
Where the data travels
We operate out of Pakistan. Several providers we depend on, Meta included, run infrastructure abroad, so your information may be handled in other countries as part of delivering a message. Where that occurs we rely on the contractual terms those providers offer, and we hold whatever leaves our systems down to what the delivery genuinely needs.
How long it stays
Order and conversation records remain while the merchant's account is live and for up to twenty-four months after, so a dispute over an order or a delivery can still be settled. Permission and opt-out records stay as long as we might need to show a message was allowed — which can outlast the conversation itself, since the record that you opted out is exactly what keeps you from being written to again. Website logs are held up to twelve months. Once a period ends, records are deleted or anonymised beyond recovery.
How it is protected
Data is encrypted while it moves, access to live systems is restricted to the few people whose work requires it and sits behind individual credentials, and administrative actions are logged. We take only the fields the service actually needs, which is a safeguard in itself: what is never gathered cannot leak. No system is flawless and we will not claim otherwise. Should a breach occur that is likely to affect you, we will tell the merchants concerned without undue delay and help them inform their customers.
Your rights, and how to exercise them
You may ask what we hold on you, request a copy, have something wrong corrected, ask for deletion, object to the processing, or take back your permission whenever you wish. Write to info@apkaordernumainda.xyz or message +92 371 1099396, telling us which shop you ordered from and the number that received the messages, so the right record can be found. We reply inside thirty days. Because we work on the merchant's instructions, some requests — deleting the order record itself, for one — go to that merchant, and we will say so rather than leave you waiting.
Switching the messages off
Send STOP to any message. That one word takes your number off at once, with no reason asked and no confirmation call to endure. The instruction sits inside the messages themselves rather than buried in a policy page, nobody here can override it, and no further template goes to that number for that shop. If something still reaches you after STOP, tell us — we will treat it as a fault to repair, not a complaint to argue over.
Younger visitors
The service exists for people making purchases and is not aimed at children under thirteen. We do not knowingly handle their data. If you think a child's information reached us through a shop's checkout, tell us and it will be removed.
Updates to this page
As the service changes, this page changes alongside it and the date above moves. Where a change materially alters how your information is handled, we will say so plainly rather than trust that the new date gets noticed. What is published here is always the current version.
